    Cornflor-1/4c
    Maida-1/4C
    chillyp-1tesp
    ... Chikcne-1/2kg
    salt neded
    Water-needed
    Oil

    Marinate All these with chikn pieces..for abt half an hr..
    Then deep fry it in oil..and keep it aside

    Ginger-garlic paste-1tespn
    Onion chopd-2
    Capsicum chopd-1 sml
    Chilly Soss-1tespn
    Soya Soss-2tespn
    Tomato Soss-4tespn
    Cornflour-2tbspn mixd in 1/4 c water
    Coariander leaves-lil
    Salt

    1-In a pan add chikn fried oil+Ginger-garlic paste,Saute for few mins
    2-Then add oinion+Capsicum+salt..Saute till oinion becomes soft
    3-Then add all sosses+Fried Chiken pieces..Mix well
    4-If u want gravy add half cup of water..Wen it starts boil add
    cornflour+water mixture..and reduce the flame
    5-Wen it starts thicken..remove frm fire..and add chopped Coriander
    leaves
    6-Switch off the flame and garnish with Coriander Leaves
    7-Serve hot with Chappathi/Fried Rice
